Welcome!

I am a professor of astronomy at Wesleyan University. Alongside the Disk Detectives, I study planet formation by observing the disks of gas and dust around young stars using giant radio telescopes like ALMA. See what the group is up to on our news page. There’s more information about some recent and ongoing projects on the research page, or you can check out my recent publications on ADS. If you’re curious about the other half of my job, you can also take a look at some of my teaching and outreach work. If you’re a Wesleyan student interested in doing some planet formation research, please send me an email and we’ll find a time to talk!
